This ninety minute consultation is for women who have left, or are in the process of safely disengaging from, a narcissistic or psychologically coercive relationship and are seeking structured, body-based recovery support.
The focus of this session is stabilisation, understanding the impact on the nervous system and body, and identifying appropriate next steps for recovery.
Consultations will be held via Zoom.

This framework provides a continued and safe environment focused on nervous system stabilisation, physiological regulation, cognitive clarity, and the gradual restoration of self-trust and agency.

Survival to Balance Individual Recovery Framework – Frequently Asked Questions
This framework is designed for women who have completed an orientation consultation or foundational work and who require sustained, structured support following prolonged exposure to narcissistic or psychologically coercive relationships.
It is suited to women who are able to engage in ongoing work and who can commit to regular sessions over six to twelve months, depending whether you choose weekly or fortnightly sessions.
Individual consultations and group programs provide orientation, clarification, and short-term support.
The 26 Session Framework offers a longer term support in which recovery work can be approached consistently, and in depth.
