Orientation Consultation

EMPOWERING WOMEN THROUGH HOLISTIC PRACTISES

This ninety minute consultation is for women who have left, or are in the process of safely disengaging from, a narcissistic or psychologically coercive relationship and are seeking structured, body-based recovery support.

The focus of this session is stabilisation, understanding the impact on the nervous system and body, and identifying appropriate next steps for recovery.

Consultations will be held via Zoom.

Please note: this consultation is not available to individuals who are currently living in, or otherwise exposed to, an unsafe intimate or family situation. If this applies to you, your booking may be declined and alternative support options suggested. Workplace or professional relationship scenarios are appropriate for this consultation.

The 26-Week Recovery Framework is a structured, individual program for women who require sustained, professionally guided support following prolonged exposure to narcissistic or psychologically coercive relationships.

This framework provides a contained, long-term clinical environment focused on nervous system stabilisation, physiological regulation, cognitive clarity, and the gradual restoration of self-trust and agency.

Participation is offered by invitation only following appropriate orientation or foundational work and is limited to a small number of clients each year.

This program is not publicly bookable and is designed for women who are ready to commit to consistent, focused recovery work over time.

26 Week Recovery Framework – Frequently Asked Questions

This framework is designed for women who have completed an orientation consultation or foundational work and who require sustained, structured support following prolonged exposure to narcissistic or psychologically coercive relationships.


It is suited to women who are stable enough to engage in ongoing work and who are able to commit to regular sessions over six months.


Individual consultations and group programs provide orientation, clarification, and short-term support.


The 26 Session Framework offers a long-term, contained clinical environment in which recovery work can be approached gradually, consistently, and in depth.
