Tracey-Lee Hogan (Tracey) is an industry expert in herbal medicine and naturopathy with 33 years of experience working in clinical settings and in research and development. As well as supporting clients in her clinic with a range of health and wellbeing concerns she has also developed best selling supplements for leading health brands, and is an international speaker.

After her own lived experience of narcissistic abuse, Tracey turned the research lens on herself and developed the Hogan Method, a holistic nervous system reset protocol that is specifically tailored to survivors of narcissistic abuse. This work is Tracey’s passion and since creating the protocol, she has supported many people to reset their bodies and reclaim their lives after narcissistic abuse.
